The basic workflow

Start with a completed job event in Housecall Pro. From there, send a short SMS or email that thanks the customer and points them to the review link.

The first version does not need to be complicated. It needs to be consistent.

Message structure

Use three parts:

  1. Thank them for choosing the company.
  2. Ask for a quick review.
  3. Link directly to the review page.

Keep the message direct. Customers are more likely to act when the next step is obvious.

Follow up once

If there is no review after a few days, send one polite reminder. More than that can feel heavy, especially for customers who already had a good experience.
